Rapidnet internet useless

Hi guys don't ever make the mistake of signing up with Rapidnet, not only do they rip you of with connection and installation fees of R2500 or so, I took a home premium package 10mbps line, I complained forever it gets better when I complain for 10mins or maximum a day back again to square one 0,4mbps - 2mbps if you are lucky. You cannot cancel because you are binded by there Contract yet there service is so ****, rather go Mweb or Zoom, my sister has Zoom fibre and surprisingly 15mbps line runs 13,5mbps or more, running smooth past 5months. But Rapidnet is a No No No F*king Useless Service!
