Rapidnet broadband = Terrible service

I don't recommend Rapidnet Broadband to ANYONE. Signal is inconsistent, thats if you actually have signal. The phone number is a joke as either no one picks up, or if they do they can't assist and refer you to email. When you email you get a response from them more then 24hours later and they never directly answer ANY of the questions you actually ask, its typically a generic response. And then they close the ticket in a few hours, so they can take their sweet time to respond but don't give you the same luxury. We have had issues with every single aspect of their service except when they deduct their money, which is always exact and timely. The consultants that come to your home to install the equipment were friendly, however every single person I've been in contact with on phone or even email are rude and lack basic customer service s****s.

Poor service is an understatement.
