Rapidnet

Today i contacted rapidnet, who has a cheaper package with a stronger 10mbps line, which may improve my streaming, i reasoned with them knowing i have a year more contract to finish, can they upgrade me to try this package only reason is to strenghten my 5mpbs line. They came back with a different offer and more expensive. The reason is (under contract). This is what we can offer. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. This latest option i had could have made a differents.
