RAPID(Mobile Torque) unable to supply signal

totally useless, I complain every day, and everyday there isn`t a signal, not just for loadshedding , but for hrs after loadshedding had ended, last night 310124 from 1700 till 06.45 on 010224, total of 1`2hrs 45mins no sugnal, today no signal again, and then signal dropping, management are unable to supply a 24/7 signal, actually getting worse,
