Poor service from Rapidnet Broadband

Rapidnet internet is good as far as your connection is ok. In the moment there is a net problem outside your premises or hardware problem by you it starts the nightmare. Communications with staff at offices and the support desk is very poor. Very often they are completely ******** and not helpful at all. Rapidnet have a chronic shortage of technicians on site and pays more attention on new installations and not on paying customers. Their service worsens a lot over the weekend. Internet is very very slow as is overcrowded, if any that is. Do not expect any technical support over the weekend as well. There is some employees on positive side but they far can not compensate for the very bed experience in general.
