Poor service from Rapid net

Living in umkomaas 2 years now and rapidnet was the only source of wifi we could get in umkomaas to be exact air fiber worse network in the evening it was always a problem buffering if watching a movie but we had no choice so we never complained it was the only service provider in the area now it's the 26th July 2025 and 4 days ago they sent an email saying that the service on the 30th of July 2025 will cease to exist as they handing over to a new company and we must contact that company for a new service fine only 10 day notice but fine today is 6th day in of the notice and the new company will only start migration on the 1st of August 2025 And Rapidnet cut us saying that we paid on the 26th of June 2025 and now our month is over 😢 like could they not give us the last few days free as they gave us such a late notice firstly if anyone reads this msg and if rapidnet is still operating elsewhere or you thinking of using their service do not because they do not have any client service and do not care about thei4 clients very very bad now my wife does online teaching and what must happen
