Poor service

I have complained numerous times about poor speed during the evening only to get support claiming to make changes to the router. It fixes the problem for a short while then dives down to less than 1Mbps. Paying for a 10Mbps connection. Then to top it up try calling support after hours and you get a cellphone voicemail. Very poor service!
