poor connection poor suupport

Please stay away from this company!

No proper connection, no customer support. I have tried to contact customer support, but I couldn't reach out to them for 3 days.

They are just getting paid, that's all they do.

They upgraded my contract and told me that if I canceled it, I would have to pay an additional installation fee as a fine, which I had already done under my previous contract with them.

There is no other option as the landlord signed an agreement with them.
