No connection to certain Internet sites

Rapidnet seems to limit the sites you can access (cannot access yahoo, comedy central or any live streaming sites.) Only seems to work for Facebook, youtube and whatsapp. Sent trace routes that can show what the issues are then they sent me DNS server addresses that would allow me to connect but still doesn't work and they said it was a problem on my side. Really unhelpful and not serious about sorting out their issues
