Great CS Jesse and Tech support

I don't see all the fuss. Got rapid net for over 8 months now. Had an issue last night with connection and Jesse was great with a sterling cs service response on email and phone. They sent a tech within minutes of call next day and my issue was sorted within 12 hours. Really impressed from the beginning, even installation happenes on time. They even keep to time. Really impressed.
