Extremely Bad Broadband

This is the worst ever broadband as they do not even offer fibre. Every time it rains a little we're sitting without internet. When I asked about getting a bigger speed I was told there isn't any space on the tower. What's up with that??? The only reason why I am still with them is because I have no other option as they are the most affordable. Also when you whatsapp them a computer answers and you wait a long time for an actual human to talk to you, furthermore when you're sending emails then your "ticket" gets closed without them even resolving the problem!!!! I'm surprised they still have customers!!! Also what broadband company has business hours???? So if you have a problem then you need to wait until 8 in the morning for them to maybe get back you!!!! This is ridiculous 😒
