Continuous internet issues

Worst service provider ever. Have had slow internet for 10 days straight. Call in just to be told they will try to resolve the problem took my number and never phoned back once after 50 phone calls. Internet is still not working and no one can tell me if it will be fixed or not. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Have been with them for 2 months and have had more down time than being online.
