Bad Internet

Good Day,

I am slightly sick and tired of Rapidnet. I've been with them for almost 4 years but I have more problems than anything else with them. Every time it rains a little to hard then my wifi cuts out. I asked if I could be put onto a 20mbps and was told there is no space on the tower, that was a year ago. They work on office hours so if something goes wrong with your internet after hours you're *****ed because they don't answer their phones and if you do send an email, they take forever to get back to you. YES I am looking for a new wifi / fibre company because this can not continue.
