Bad Connection

I have to lay a complaint every second day with Rapidnet support because my internet keeps dropping and the picture keeps being distorted. I am kind of tired to have to pay for something which I cannot enjoy to the full. Rapidnet has replaced all their equipment and still it is giving endless problems. I want this sorted
