Bad connection

I have been eith them for almost three years, their internet connection was perfect until now that I need a stable connection as I run a business from home, these days the connection just goes off randomly, they don't even advise you that they will be doing updates or maintenance, can they not even afford a sms system, then I have to keep doing line tests,
