18 months of "BEST EFFORT SERVICE" or in layman's term, poor service delivery ordeal!

I have been with Rapidnet for over 18months now and what a ride. There has been issues ranging form persistant poor line speed to no service at all. At this point in time, there are persistant connection disconection due to their server dropping the service. I have been struggling with this issue for over a month now, with hollow promises being at the order of the day. Please contact me in the event that anyone would like to fall part of the class action that I am instituting against them to see if their "BEST EFFORT SERVICE" excuses holds up in court.
