Poor service deliberately i want my money the washing machine never wiroked
Never request any service from this company when you reach put the first time they seem proffessional the moment they take your money you will never here from yhem again , they claimed to fix my washing machine and only worked for 1 week and i have trying to reach them with no luck , i paud them in full and now they just blue tick me amd never amswr my calls. I want my money back they think they can go away with ripping people like that. I want my money back ... ?,,,,??????

Bad Technician
The complaint is against a Technician, who claims to work for Rapid Appliances. His name is MOANYA., with cell number: ***. He was assigned to repair our fridge. He claimed that it required a new compressor. He gave me the impression that he had done the job, but actually gave it to another technician. Needless to say, the fridge worked for a day, or two and then packed up. I reported the problem to Moanya, but he hasn't followed up and no longer takes my calls. It's best to avoid him completely for any appliance repairs.
