Bad Technician

The complaint is against a Technician, who claims to work for Rapid Appliances. His name is MOANYA., with cell number: ***. He was assigned to repair our fridge. He claimed that it required a new compressor. He gave me the impression that he had done the job, but actually gave it to another technician. Needless to say, the fridge worked for a day, or two and then packed up. I reported the problem to Moanya, but he hasn't followed up and no longer takes my calls. It's best to avoid him completely for any appliance repairs.
