Zintle was great, as she knew exactly what was wrong and how she could assist as compared to the Cape Town girl Valeen and Mauritius or something along those lines who just wanted to get off the phone and move on without help! The great thing about rain is that they do not tell you about how great their service is but will threat you like family and I think this is phenomenal! I am grateful! I am here to stay!
