I requested a sim swap from RAIN, I have been waiting for it since the 11th November 2021. The courier company they are using never delivered. How unfair is it that I have not pay but the sim card was never delivered to me. I called them this morning and the customer service agent told me "they will try to get RAM to deliver". This is the worst service I have ever received from a service provider.
