Zero value towards their clients

Rain debits my account 4times. I request a refund, 7weeks later without any resolvance to the case i decide to report it to Consumer Protection. In 2days time i recieve a call that they would like to resolve my matter. So we have to report them first to get their attention. That time my refund is reduced because they decided to pay themselves with my money before i get it back
