Zero Support from Rain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rain has zero support once they cut you off!!!! My payment date was originally loaded for the 26th of the month, then suddenly Rain starts debiting on the 25th when my salary is not in yet, They dont hesitate to cut your services. I then moved the payment date to the 1st of the month to avoid this issue. Then on the 20th my services have been cut off, i have been requesting support for someone at rain to contact me, No contact, you cant contact the call center either as you get told that you have an amount outstanding then get cut off. If my last payment was on the 26th of March, surely i have paid for services up until the 26th April? Yet i am cut off , so Rain is *****ing 6 days from me!!!! . They are quick to contact potential new customers, to get new sales, while they are loosing existing customers due to their mistakes and lack of support. Since i have been cut off 6 days before the payment is actually due, i am cancelling Rain services and they can contact me to collect their router.
