Zero support at Rain

My internet was disconnected with a message saying I was disconnected because my Rica was incomplete. My Rica is complete as I was Ricad when I received my first reuter which was too weak and I was sent a more powerful one. I have called Rain 6 times and every time the support person I spoke to said they would speak to their manager and get back to me.So far no one has ever gotten back to me. I use the internet for work and have not been able to work for the past 3 days.
