Zero Support :-(

Got 5G rain CPE mid March. Speed was good, started off at 250 Mbps - was happy. Beginning of April noticed a drop in speed now 150 odd Mbps. Now 24 April morning starts at 150Mpbs and drops during the day, midday round 80Mbps, and evening 4Mbps ....... CPE mounted on roof - line of sight 580m away.

Now the problem, contacting customer support ..... what customer support ? There is NO customer support - logging problems via their website is useless, you get a response that they received the mail and will action it.

That just never happen :-( Service plain sucks :-(
