ZERO STARS : No service since 1 Feb!!! No support!!

I have not had any internet service since 1 Feb!!!! No one answers the phone when calling for support.

When they answered last week after holding for more than 20 minutes, i was told that technicians are working on the problem..... Its been 5 days since i was told that technicians are going to sort the issue..... Are they still working on the problem?? This is ridiculous!!! Am i going to be refunded for the days that YOU CANT PROVIDE THE SERVICE I PAY FOR?!

I want my wifi sorted. It is disrupting work and school and it is frustrating that i cant get proper help and service!
