ZERO STAR RATING

The worst customer service ever! Last night my house was broken into and my wifi router and serval items ******. I tried blocking the sim but was advised it can only be blocked Month End! No sense in that whatsoever. They also request for the Wifi router to be sent back which we have been paying several Months without fail. Before this we have been struggling for months with signal and request for assistance nothing has been done. The WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE!!!
