ZERO signal for RAIN customers.

We have a subscription with RAIN (www.rain.co.za) and have been experiencing constant wifi dips throughout the day and night where our TV or laptop shows ZERO signal.. I get dropped out of meetings constantly. We have spoken to numerous technicians and still this issue prevails. Will this get fixed or do we have to cancel? We are paying full price for a connectivity that is unreliable and this has been going on for over a year.
