Zero Service Zero Support and Zero Business
After ranting and raving about the bad services and over 20 emails and ZEO support and unanswered emails, I cancelled Rain premium 5G. The funny part was when Ram Couriers collected the 5G unit the car was full of Huawei 5G units and apparently he tells me so many other customers also cancelled. We will probably not get our money back either. How many other R999 did they take from unsuspecting customers? Not a single reply. Is this really how you business?
