I'm without Internet for a fourth day, with my business severely impacted by this. Horrific customer service, same as everyone echoes below. Spoke with Thuli Khumalo who was extremely unhelpful, wasn't able to put me through to anyone that can resolve my query, and refused to connect me with a manager. Avoid this network at all costs, even if you have to pay a bit more elsewhere
