ZERO service delivery

On 27 October 2024 a cellphone mast hosting Rain transmitters was blown over by strong winds. The matter was reported and the service provider responsible for the mast erected a temporary mast in the interim. However, the Rain transmitters were not carried over to the temporary mast. The result thereof is a total lack of Rain signal, as there are no other Rain towers in the surrounding area. This matter has been reported numerous times over the course of the last 8 weeks (with ticket numbers assigned), yet absolutely NOTHING has been done. No feedback, no call-backs as were promised, no results. Appauling!!!
