Zero service

For some reason their service level has dropped, when I signed up with them I was so impressed with the service and first few weeks after but now one can hardly get hold of them. I have had to hung up and hope the issue with be resolved, even of one send a complain via the support details on their website it doesn't help help cause you don't hear from them at all. I guess it's time to part ways and find another service provider cause one doesn't have to go to a third party on order to get the service or to be attended to. Counting down to month end , thank God it's not a debit order payment method
