Zero Service = 100% Fees Paid to the billionaire's kitty

I have what I supposedly an uncapped package, I have not had internet for a week. The call center is inactive. I wonder if this is how Patrice Motsepe treats all his investments, by collecting our money for Zero service. I wonder if he also uses Rain for his business or personal activities. I wonder if being a billionaire and affording to fool people is the best business strategy. I wonder how his board reports look like in terms of business performance: 100% Profit = Zero Service to Fools. I see that Rain people don't like responding to us fools, I will move on to the next layer of consumer protection. Watch this space.
