Zero internet connectivity from Rain 4G

I have the R250 4G package and I’ve been having an internet connection problem for the past month. Emailing up and down with consultants every single day but no assistance regarding the issue, and it keeps getting worse every single day. I do not have an internet connection for hours on end almost every day. I didn’t sign up for irregular internet connectivity and instead I got the excuse that there’s high traffic in my area as if that’s my problem. I am a paying customer and I deserve the service I am paying for. I would honestly take a slow internet connection over not having an internet connection at all!!!
