ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
.This has to be the most USELESS company around with absolutely no customer support. All they have is an e-mail option and then you get an automated response saying your query has been resolved!! Not one issue is addressed and there is NO WAY whatsoever to contact them to speak to somebody to address an issue.
They are a typical example of they got your money and then couldn't care less. I will NEVER EVER in a million years recommend then to ANYBODY that breathes oxygen. They are beyond PATHETIC!!!
GOOD BYE RAIN - NEVER TO SEE OR USE OR RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYBODY - EVER!!!!! THAT IS GUARANTEED.
