ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL ******** TO SAY THE LEAST. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Hundreds of emails for the 2nd week now only One Reply yet nothing has been done so far.

I don't believe there was a system update, I tried to call them last week to cancel my 5G after canceling more than 50 times and nothing was happening. The person I spoke to said it site will be probably working by the next day. I kept canceling, and canceling everytime I log in.

After the struggle, I finally got ONE email reply on MONDAY asking about my adress so they can come collect their router, I provided my address but again Heard nothing from them again despite trying to call and email them multiple time when will they collect it and take me out of this miserable thing.

The only thing this company do is to Trap you in so the can keep chopping people's money wether they benefit from their Network or Not.
