Zero coverage and appalling customer support

The service is appalling. I have had no network coverage since morning such that I had to change location since I work from home. I have called their call center numerous times and the agent have a habit of hanging up before they even assist. I am so disappointed and I really don't expect this ...

I have no coverage and yet you are sending such a vague response. This is so appalling. I might as well cancel this service with you guys.. I almost missed an entire day of work due to no support from you guys.. I am disappointed indeed. No one has gotten back to me , and you are telling me you are sorry.. not acceptable
