Zero Connectivity in Mthatha

I have had internet from Rain for over 6 months in the Mthatha region in the Eastern Cape. However, over the past 3 months, there has been limited to zero connectivity. Currently I cannot get any connectivity and have to use my mobile data which is costing me a lot. I have sent through enquiries however this still has not been fixed.

Please urgently respond with a solution and sort out the connectivity issue as its really costing me.
