ZERO connectivity for 4+ days and counting

Do not waste your money on expecting any service from Rain. We have had ZERO connectivity for more than 4 days which has had serious personal cost implications. They are unreliable, but will easily take your money. Speed test results on Rain show that LESS than 1mbps (0.486mbps) on a GOOD day, for the rest its ZERO (0.000mbps). Do not bother logging a ticket either, they will not respond.
