ZERO COMMUNICATION!! I WANT TO CANCEL
I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months without anyone getting back to me. The feature to cancel on their website does not work and when you log a support request absolutely no one gets back to you from Rain. I tried the customer care line and have been on hold for over 30 minutes. This is not right. I simply do not want this product anymore!
