Zanele Booi the lady in Support department is exceptional

Zanele Booi the lady in Support department is exceptional. She knows her job and is extremely knowledgeable, I had been sceptical for 6 months to get on this network, but she drove logic into me and I am happy I am on Rain network because of her. I am now waiting for the delivery of the router, hopefully the service won't disappoint. Zanele is an asset !
