Your whatsapp message of 1 word will buffer!!! It is the worst service I ever got, I took their R699 5G package and it never even worked for a single day. Two weeks passed still no working internet, and they kept on doing Sim swap n delivering them(3 Sim swaps), but none of them worked. They still taking more customers even though they know they don't have an infrastructure to support all of them(in simple terms they are greedy) . They are good at advertising and selling of simcards and routers but not at delivering internet connection. They should have just sticked with expanding their 4G network n trying to make it work better since is also ****py. I AM WARNING YOU, DON'T EVEN TRY THEM. I'VE TRIED THEIR 5G(mine) AND 4G(not mine) AND I STILL REGRET. if you have Fibre in your area just get it is much better than 5G, Rain Network South Africa is just a chancer.
