Your service is as poor as your network

I cancelled my rain subscription on the 7th october due to your poor to no reception, cancellation according to your website is due for the 31st October which I don't understand, when I subscribed to rain I didn't have to wait for a specific date for activation(to be onboarded) similarly my cancellation should've been immediate! Up to this point no one from rain has contacted me about this, Should you debit my account in November I will reverse the debit order and subsequently refer this matter to the ombudsman
