Your internet signal has been horrible since morning
Your internet signal has been horrible since morning, it keeps dropping every hour and and have to restart the router each time for me to be able to work, well, it does not come as surprise any longer, I m used to this treatment, there is never a week with out a headache from Rain, Please fix, until next time.... which is very soon....

19 Feb 2024, 19:51Tower is down again, what's new, Rain towers that serves me stay down more than its up, I cannot remember the last time I had an uninterrupted internet for more than a week straight, it is so sad that we have to outsource and pay money to other networks just so we are able to work, I cannot wait to see how much am I going to be billed....

With all the credit that you will give me, will you cover for all the classes my daughter missed? Will it cover the stress you have caused me? My router is still on like you said I should keep it, but since your last reply which is 24 hours ago, it still does not have internet.
