Your help will be very appreciated.
I paid my rain account and now am struggling to get my sim to work , agents are not helping me at all, the only thing they say is I will escalate mean while I am wasting my airtime its frustrating. My name is Siya Mancapa Ticket number #***3 I cant call anymore my airtime is exhausted
