This is absolutely unfair you guys disconnected my services while I was debited for the month of September. I always have been paying my data on the 25th monthly, I recently in September changed it to the 1st due to a fact that my company changed my salary date to the last day of the month,

Even so I changed my payment date to the 01 st of October you guys still debited my September's payment on the 25th of September, yet on the first I still get an error message to say I'm in arrears, which arrears are you guy's referring to when I piad by September Billings? Now my services has been suspended for September's Billings when you guys took the payment on the 25th what sort of nonsense is this? Now my exams will be impacted due to your neglegent of billings that I've paid

Please fix this nonses or if you can't fix it then cancel my contract because I now had to change it again to the 25th
