Your are horrible service provider

This is my second time sharing about rain, they are so horrible, and ********, which is very annoying and no matter how much you speak to their agents yiur issue will never be resolved, I cancelled their loop wi-fi in March requested a cancellation on a call, kept giving me a run around and relying to collect money from my accoun and they did not get now they want me to pay debt tyat they accumulated when I requested cancellation and stopped using their internet, in July finally they collected the loop after I wrote here but still every chance they get rhey try deducted my account and calling me to collect money that I am not going to pay for something that I cancelled and stopped using, your service and agents are horrible , I don't know why it's hard to cancel my debit check and leave me alone
