Your agent fills in a BS reason for my cancellation so I will tell you the real 1

I cancelled my rain sim today. In fact I have not used it for the last 3 months. The service is very slow I hardly ever used around 15 gig a month for a service that promises unlimited. I have since moved to the telkom unlimited R229 product and it completely destroys your product in terms of performance and reliability. You agent phoned me to find out why I cancelled and I gave her my reasons indepth. In the email I see that she filled in "NAN" for all my responses. She was also very rude and argued and spoke over me. Never again Rain. Never Again
