Omg i have never had such a stunning sale of an internet connection. i left 2 words on a requested call back "im interested" and boy it was the simplest decision i had ever made i was just enquiring and was not going to sign up today and note i put the lady through the paces as connectivity is my life and the experience was so informative professional and sincere that i could not pass this type of service up the agent was confident and knew her stuff then to make things better i wanted to go for the bigger packages and the agent assessed my needs and honestly advised that i would be spending extra for outrageous speeds that i really do not require like i said i know my connection needs lol obviously not in the year 2024 then to add the cherry to the cake she simply advised that cause of my reaching out i had coupons available and would only be paying 1 Rand for the prorated charge as the coupon was more than the prorated price and the 1 rand was to verify my bank account. i had decided before i knew the price was 1 rand that was just the finishing touches for the best experience i have ever had with inquiring a new service.

needless to say the courier has already been in touch for delivery this says alot for the calibre of service i will have from rain.

i have enquired for the ladies name i would like to name her and will reply with it as it needs to cheered across the country and in the rain structure she did mention it but i was totally in ore and dumbstruck that even hours after the call i am feeling so well spirited she is an absolute asset to this company.
