YOU PAY FOR NOTHING, DAY LIGHT *******!!!

DO NOT GET RAIN AS AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER!!!! they use RAM which messed up all the delivery arrangements!! when i finally got my sim card, it has no internet. when i log into rain and log queries, no one replies. its been 10 days since i received my sim card and still not internet connection. the sim card is apparently active but has not internet!!!! ive done all the APN settings, used my router, my laptop and my cell phone and still on all 3 devices there is no internet!!! BUT THEY KEEP TELLING ME ITS ****** ACTIVE!!! THEY TAKE 3 DAYS TO RESPOND TO FACEBOOK MESSAGES AND YOU GET NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR AGENTS VIA EMAIL AT ALL!!! USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER
