You pay for a service that you don't get

I'm utterly disappointed with rains customer service. I have received a Sim card that did not work for a month without network and my account was debited. After 1week nearing month end May the simcard worked. I was debited today the 1 June as I have canceled the 2nd of week of May....I tried contacting Rain numerous sending emails nobody responds. I am irate for receiving such bad service and now for my account to debited without receiving the service I wanted and wanting to change account details which I cannot do.
